Conducted feasibility study and route optimization for a 180km multi-modal transport corridor. Engaged with 12 local authorities and produced environmental impact assessments, traffic modeling, and a 5-year implementation roadmap aligned with the Twelfth Malaysia Plan’s logistics priorities.

Last-Mile Broadband Deployment – Sarawak Rural Initiative
Designed broadband network architecture for 47 villages across three divisions. Connected 8,200+ households and businesses to high-speed internet. Coordinated with telcos, state agencies, and community leaders to identify tower locations, manage environmental constraints, and establish maintenance protocols.

Smart City Master Plan – George Town Penang
Developed comprehensive smart city framework covering traffic management, waste systems, and energy efficiency. Integrated IoT sensor networks across 28 sq km. Structured the implementation into 3 phases over 4 years, with clear KPIs for reducing congestion by 22% and cutting energy consumption by 18%.

Construction Sector Capacity Assessment & Skills Roadmap
Analyzed the readiness of Malaysia’s construction workforce to support Twelfth Plan infrastructure projects. Surveyed 150+ contractors and 2,000+ workers, identified skills gaps in green building and digital site management. Delivered a 10-year workforce development strategy with training partnerships and certification pathways.
